 Down Town Rental Pads was an inspirational idea sparked by the 2008 recession. After struggling to keep up with a mortgage, homeowners insurance, utility bills on an unemployment check, I decided to rent out 2 of my homes empty rooms. With long term and short term rental lease agreements in place, experience was my best teacher. I was able to whether that storm well and realized I knew then that I wanted to own rental property. 

We currently offer beach side rental units that include electricity, wi-fi, cable and ROKU. Easy access to all of Daytona Beaches best hot spots on A1A and it's surrounding areas. Be sure to ask us about our UBER, LYFT and other Taxi service connections.
